Smiling teachers, better classrooms

At Mumbai Smiles, our educational project is driven by a passionate team of teachers and assistants who dedicate themselves heart and soul to one of the most rewarding missions: teaching.

To continuously elevate the impact of our classrooms, we recently hosted a special ceremony to award certificates to our staff to recognize their successful completion of a year-long, specialized training program conducted in collaboration with Pratham Education. This initiative is a core milestone in our comprehensive training framework, designed to empower our educators and bring the highest standard of learning to the children in our communities.

In addition to our ongoing teacher training, we regularly hold strategic meetings with management and key department heads. These sessions allow us to identify areas for improvement, gather valuable insights, and streamline key learnings to integrate into next year’s school curriculum.

The families we serve, and especially their children, truly are in the best hands. Our team is comprised of qualified, committed, and enthusiastic professionals who consistently go above and beyond their call of duty to inspire and educate the leaders of tomorrow.
