Happy 72nd Republic Day!

We wish you all a very happy Republic Day! Today is one of the important days for all the Indians. Every year we celebrate The Republic day and the day of the Inception of the Indian Constitution of India.

At Mumbai Smiles, we not only work for preschool children but we encourage their parents to participate in all the activities. Republic day celebration is one of these special days when all the parents watch their children participating confidently in their school activities. On this day, parents share their experiences about old celebrations and talk about their children. This day is also important for all the preschool children as they learn the importance of the Republic day and the constitution from their real life guide, their teachers.

After 10 months now COVID19 cases have reduced in numbers but it is still recommended to follow all the social norms, wear masks when socially active. Therefore, for everyone’s safety our teachers would decorate all the preschools as every year and perform the flag hoisting as per schedule and children will enjoy this ceremony from their homes online.

On the occasion of this day our Mumbai Smiles team will pay special tribute to all the parents who have been taking their responsibilities towards their child’s education during the pandemic period gracefully. Without their cooperation we wouldn’t have been able to conduct online sessions and continue their education till now. They have played a role of mediator very well.

And last but not the least, our donors, because of whom we wouldn’t have been able to continue our work.
