Now you can participate virtually in, “I Have a Voice Art Festival”

In December we have published on our blog page about the event, “I have a voice”. Now we have an announcement and good news to share with you all.

In the month of November 2020, Cartwheel Initiative, (NYC) and “Give A Hand” Canada initiated an event called, “I have a Voice” event. They have been collecting all the art works from all over the world and soon they will be displaying all the art works on their Instagram (@cartwheelorg) and Facebook page (@cartwheelinitiative).

We are happy to share with you that the inauguration of the event has been announced and it will take place on 7^th March 2021 by 09:00 am (NYC) and 7.30 pm (in India) on the same day. This event will continue till 2^nd May 2021.

We at Mumbai Smiles, were eagerly waiting for this day as three of our LSE students have participated in this festival and their art work is going to be showcased during this event. These three participants are Pinky who has created one greeting card with her own messages. Baby has made one globe out of waste which represents her meaningless life and the light which is a representation of Mumbai smiles team who helped her to move towards her bright future. Our third participant Joy, has made a beautiful mandala art design to represent his own life progress in the form of lifecycle of a butterfly.

We wish to see you all in the event which is easy to access and you all can attend it from your home. Our students have taken lot of efforts and presented their art work with great hopes.
