Review of students’ progress at Surya Nagar
The success of our preschool centre project revolves around focussed care and attention for each child enrolled in the preschools. Our teachers, the backbone of our preschools are responsible for ensuring every child is well versed with the curriculum, and his/her learning abilities are developed. Hence, our monitoring and evaluation department frequently visits preschool centres to observe classroom activities, review the students’ progress over a period of time, and evaluate the performance of teachers as well.
The department visited the preschool in Surya Nagar on 23rd October 2018 to assess and evaluate the overall quality of teaching at the centre. Availability and utilization of study material in the classroom was verified. The students’ mathematics and language abilities were tested. The learning plan created by the teacher was appraised to identify areas of improvement. Feedback and suggestions were provided to the teacher, teaching assistant, and field co-ordinator for improving the overall performance of the preschool.
