At Mumbai Smiles Foundation, we practice these principles and encourage our teams to conduct internal workshops from time to time, thus, helping everyone stay focused on the common goal while ensuring that we maintain high quality standards at work.

Pragati, Program officer at Mumbai Smiles conducted a few workshops with the team to help explain the importance of these core principles.The seminar was well designed and interactive. Pragati spoke about the importance of Monitoring, Evaluation and Follow-up process and how it helps in improving the projects quality. She emphasized on the correct utilization of the available resources as to avoid lacking of information in between.

The team members were happy and had some key takeaways and learning drawn from the session.
