Inner Wheel Club visits our Preschool Centre

As an organisation, we at Mumbai Smiles Foundation believe in complete transparency and honesty. That is why we encourage visitors from all over the world to come, visit us, and experience the work that is being done by our projects in the communities themselves, first hand, to understand the graveness of the issues that we are trying to solve, along with the citizens and the progress that we can see slowly, but steadily. Such visits help us build a clear relationship with our supporters and well-wishers and helps in our mission!

While, each year, we get a lot of international visitors, today we would like to talk about this small group of women from Mumbai who showed interest in our work and visited us. Inner Wheel Club of Mulund Hills, an organisation involved in philanthropic activities recently visited our Preschool Education centre in Kanjurmarg. Ms Prerna Rajpurohit, Ms Hardeep Manko and Ms Neenu Mahal devoted their valuable time to interact with the kids and understand the project extensively and gelled very well with the kids. The visitors got a glimpse of the teachers helping the kids to wash their hands before eating in order to imbibe in them the values of cleanliness and hygiene. The members interacted with the kids about the school activities and also joined the kids in reciting the nursery rhymes. The little angels were keen on showcasing the things they have been learning over the year in these classes. When asked about their favorite activity in the school, a kid promptly replied saying khau (the yummy meals!).

The enthusiasm of both, the kids and the visitors was enchanting. We thank the members from Inner wheel club, Mulund Hills for their keen interest in contributing towards the noble cause and hope to be associated in near future!
