A Sweet gesture from our friends

Mumbai Smiles Foundation had some special friends coming all the way from Spain

Little do we realize the value of cross-country and cross-cultural interaction that in our growth process – especially for children. A number of foreign nationals from Spain and other parts of the world visit the projects in Mumbai and interact with the beneficiaries.

This helps our beneficiaries get international exposure, thereby heightening their learning. Today, we would like to speak about two such visitors who have been associated with us.

Saioa and Laura, came over to India along with their friends from Spain and made it a point to visit our projects. They distributed books, educational toys and sweets to the students, and the smiles on their faces is evident that they loved spending time with Saioa and Laura.

While Saioa distributed books, Laura distributed sweets. The two special guests also interacted with the children – most of them children of victims of human trafficking.

Mumbai Smiles Foundation has seen several special guests. Some donors have helped and contributed in the work of Mumbai Smiles Foundation’s development.

Thank you Saioa for the lovely books. Our LSE students are still enjoying the books which you donated us last year. And thank you Laura for the sweets. These small gestures towards these children bring beautiful smiles on their faces.
