WHAT WE DO

At Mumbai Smiles we take care of the identification and comprehensive accompaniment of potential and actual victims of human trafficking from South Asian countries. We take care of receiving and managing complaints from the victims and we help them through psychological assistance services and by providing native language translation services.

Similarly, in order to locate the relatives of the victims, if necessary, we coordinate the search action with our local teams in Asia, mainly with those involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of victims and survivors. Similarly, we are in charge of coordinating the different procedures that are required to be carried out in the countries of origin of the victims.
