Smiles of an unforeseen destiny

Collages1Big or small, ordinary or amazing, happy or sad, seasonal or plain day-to-day happenings, capturing moments through pictures and images helps build a lifetime of memories and relive joyous moments of lives. Pictures speak. It reminds us of who we were and what we are now. It reminds us of the people we care about, of the many homes and countries that gave us so much to be thankful for. Pictures touch our hearts and make us empathize with the pain and hardship of others. It teaches us to see beyond the four corners of our room; to see the reality of what’s going on in our world. It opens up our hearts to care and be a part of something bigger than ourselves.
Oliver Roura and Prachi Shailendra have helped us build such memories. Prachi is an alumni of Xavier Institute of Communication and has been volunteering with us since the last one month. These pictures exhibit our journey over the last 10 years.
With a view to celebrate 10 years of our existence, we are organizing a photo exhibition at Sophia college, Breach candy in association with Student for Social Reforms initiative on 27th February 2015 from 10 am to 3 pm where works of Oliver and Prachi shall be displayed.
The exhibition shall also include a small contest for the college participants in which they shall be required to frame a caption for any of the pictures that appeals to them. The best writing shall be awarded exciting prizes.
