Inauguration of three new Balwadis!!!

Pre school and schools play a very instrumental role in defining the attitude and behaviour of a child. Thus Pre-school education project has always been the core functional area of Mumbai Smiles. We believe that children are the future of a nation; knowledge and healthy habits that they inculcate during childhood is exhibited in the form of healthy society with strong values and principles in future.

We reach out to 775 children every year through 25 balwadis. Three new balwadis are an addition to it this year. Two balwadis in Khairane Road was inaugurated on 29th June by General Director, Mumbai Smiles during her recent visit to Mumbai and one in Takpada on 8th July by Executive Director India. General Director, Ms. Alexandra Haglund thanked all the parents present during the event for considering Mumbai Smiles for delivering its services to their children while Executive Director India, Mr. Narendra Kumar Dundu thanked them for their support and cooperation in the community.
