Balwadi area wise review meeting – At 5 locations

An area wise meeting was conducted in the month of September at all the 5 areas where the Balwadis run. This meeting was conducted with the teachers, assistants, SHGs and the field coordinators under the program officer of the Balwadi program, Mr. Vikas Gaikwad . This meeting is conducted on a monthly basis for improvement in the performance of the Balwadi and proper monitoring and supervision of the field staff. There were 5 meetings that were conducted across Marol Pipeline, Sangharsh Nagar, Powai, Kanjur Marg, Vikroli. The problems faced by the different stakeholders in the program was discussed in detail and solutions were provided through brainstorming and mutual consent.  All important matters related to parents, students, material, punctuality, attendance, leave application, regularity, cleanliness, etc were discussed.
