Nuria Valls and Nuria Crusafont meet Hope beneficiaries

Nuria Valls and Nuria Crusafont, both residents of Spain, recently visited India to meet the Hope Project team of Mumbai Smiles in order to understand the activities of Hope Project thoroughly .They also took out time to personally meet the beneficiaries of the Hope Project and the staff of Holy Sprit Hospital. A meeting took place on 18th November 2013 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Andheri East in this regard.

Members present at the meeting included:

• Dr. Nirmal Ahuja (Head of Health Unit, Mumbai Smiles)
• Supriya Dhumal (Field Coordinator, HOPE Project)
• Sr. Metilda (Sister In-charge in Cancer Center, Holy Spirit Hospital)
• Sr. Sheetal (Finance Director – Holy Spirit Hospital)
• Sr.Shruti (Ass.Finance Director-Holy spirit Hospital)
• Sr.Navmani (Accountant Hope Project ,Holy Spirit Hospital)
• Laxman Patil (Social Worker Holy Spirit Hospital)

The visitors initially had a meeting with Sr.Lissy (Executive Director, HSH), who warmly welcomed them. Sr. Lissy shared certain details about the Hospital and its services with the visitors. She further informed them about the activities of Hope Project.Both the visitors appreciated the endeavors of Hope team and complimented Mumbai smiles team for its involvement in the HOPE project.

Post this discussion, a formal introduction took place among all the members present.Natasha further updated the visitors on the fitness level of beneficiaries.

At the end, Dr. Nirmal gave a vote of thanks to all the members present. Visitors were elated after meeting and interacting with the HOPE beneficiaries.
