Visitors’ Comments – Carmen, Juan, Silvia & Salvador

In Awareness, Life Skills Empowerment, Mumbai Smiles, Preschool, Thank You

The Responsive Action project, recently, was more than happy to welcome four kind hearted souls to visit our projects. Carmen and Juan, two professional photographers who wanted to visit us for a very long time, decided to make a trip to Mumbai and pay us a visit. On the same day, Silvia, who is into service administration, and Salvador, an entrepreneur, also decided to visit us and our projects. Coming from Spain, they had heard a lot about our Founder Jaume Sanllorente and how he started his work in the slums of Vasai, before moving to the Andheri East area of Mumbai to work towards seeing a poverty-free Mumbai one day.

An inquisitive group, they had a lot of questions for us about our projects, the functioning and results of the activities of each of our projects and the growth that we have seen in our beneficiaries as result of these activities. And their excitement was visible throughout their visit as well. They interacted with our preschool teachers, students as well as Life Skills beneficiaries. And after their visit, they also left us this beautiful note as a huge encouragement and support to us:

Thanks so much Juan, yes we would love for more people to join in on our mission to help eradicate poverty from the streets of Mumbai! And thanks so much Silvia for your support. Hope to see you all again!
