SEED project since its inception in 2012, has seen expansion both horizontally and vertically. Numerous courses have been added to the SEED project in order to ensure facilitative empowerment of women in the communities. In the span of three years the project has grown widely. Hence to integrate the functioning an orientation workshop was organized on the 22nd of May for all the partners and trainers of SEED project.

Participants from all the courses i.e. Tailoring and handicraft, Jewel Cad, computer training etc were a part of the workshop. The workshop was conducted with a broad objective of standardizing the reporting format among all the trainers and minimizing the loopholes in the system. The orientation workshop gave an opportunity to the trainers to interact with each other and share their best practices. The workshop was headed by the Education and Development Unit Head Sarvoparita and SEED project Program Coordinator, Priyanka. They oriented the team to understand the importance of data gathering and how it helps in strategizing the projects. At end of the workshop an orientation kit was given to all the participants which included documents outlining issues like SEED project guidelines, reporting format, training pedagogical techniques and timeline for reporting.
