Quim and Manoli group from Spain visit Mumbai Smiles Foundation
On 28th December, 2019, 30 Spanish guests visited our preschool children, surrounding communities, and LSE beneficiaries from Savitribai Phule Girls High School.

Our work and the impact we create is best witnessed when guests are given an opportunity to interact and spend time with beneficiaries. To comprehend the value added by our project staff towards the betterment of underprivileged sections in Mumbai, we organize regular field visits to project sites for various stakeholders. On 28th December, 2019, 30 Spanish guests visited our preschool centre beneficiaries, surrounding communities, and LSE beneficiaries from Savitribai Phule Girls High School.
Despite being jetlagged and tired from their early morning flight to Mumbai, our visitors were extremely keen and excited to meet the heroes of our projects. The long awaited visit begun with interactive sessions and activities with preschool children of sex workers at Kamathipura; followed by a visit to the preschool centre for street children.
Touched by the adversities faced by beneficiaries and their families, our guests were amazed to find the communities happy and smiling despite the hardships they go through. The fruitful visit ended with lunch prepared by local community members.
