TB is a disease that causes tremendous weakness as well as loss of appetite in patients. This can be fought with good nutrition, which can be derived from fresh fruits, vegetables and dry fruits. And this is what was conveyed in a quick group counseling session for all the patients of TB in this health camp. How to fight this diseases with regular check-up, completion of medical treatment even if the patient feels completely normal only halfway through the course of it (in order to ensure no relapse of the diseases), intake of nutritious & timely meals, wearing a mask to avoid other infections for self as well as others and being patient through the course of the treatment is extremely essential for any TB patient.
