DEE is an international blogger from Netherlands (Amsterdam) who runs her own blog by the name of DLCS Management .She regularly re-posts Mumbai Smiles articles on her blog. This has helped us reach out to audiences in Netherlands. Today we would like to acknowledge her efforts for making us go international and making our presence felt on international forums.

She has studied International Tourism and Leisure Management and her dream is to organize Culinary Tourism to a.o. Croatia and Slovenia. She works at a Private Equity Fund and recently got an opportunity to temporarily use some space in the Museum District in Amsterdam. She, along with her partner, decided to use this space and create a platform for artists who make diverse art forms, giving the artists an opportunity to expose themselves on a platform that they wouldn’t have access to easily. Check out the Face book page at Home of Art. In her spare time, she writes on her blog DLCS Management.

Her motivation to republish Mumbai Smiles articles comes from her friend Laia who introduced her to Mumbai Smiles. After meeting the Awareness Unit Head, Ms. Natasha Rolston and seeing the work of Mumbai Smiles, Laia was impressed and asked Dee if she’d be interested to help by allowing to re-posts Mumbai Smiles articles on her blog. Dee agreed and the results are visible to us.

In her opinion, social media plays an extremely important role these days. It helps spread information, connects people from all over the world, and creates understanding and sympathy. Due to such awareness, people quickly come forward to help others. According to her, awareness is the key to change and social media is the perfect tool for spreading awareness.

When asked about her experience at Mumbai Smiles, she gave us the following feedback, “Natasha is an extremely warm and pleasant person. She introduced me to Mumbai Smiles and its activities and with help of writers, she delivered me articles for republishing. The more I read those articles, the more I was intrigued by the work of Mumbai Smiles.”

Thank you DEE for your efforts. We continue to look forward to this association.
