Monitoring and Evaluation visit to Sangharsh Nagar preschool

Consistency is the habit of every successful individual and organisation. Maintaining quality standards in our operations is also an important part of the Mumbai Smiles work ethic. It is part of the reason why the wider community that we serve places its trust in us. Our Monitoring and Evaluation department is at the forefront of ensuring the quality and consistency of the services we render—this becomes very crucial when we consider that the biggest service we provide is education which can change lives for the better.

Recently, a few members of the Monitoring and Evaluation team paid a visit to our preschool at Sangharsh Nagar in Chandivali. The team was introduced to the children and the teaching staff at the preschool. After observing a class in progress, the team also inspected the lesson plans and other teaching material in use. Attendance records and food records of all the students were also checked, so that any lag could be identified. The M&E team conducts such visits frequently to all our preschools to ensure that they are fully aligned with our mission and performing at their fullest capacity.
