Inspired by the book ‘Sonrisas de Bombay’ – Laura, Girish and Arushi visit Mumbai Smiles Foundation
Visits were organized to Khetwadi preschool, Govandi preschool and St.Rocks High School for our visitors to interact with parents, preschool children and LSE beneficiaries.

Laura, from Bogota, Columbia works in New Globe Logistik in Mumbai. Traveling the streets of Mumbai through ‘Sonrisas de Bombay’, the book inspired Laura to visit Mumbai Smiles Foundation where new stories transpire every day! Laura visited us on 4th December, 2018, with her colleague Mr. Girish, the Director of New Globe Logistik and his wife Arushi.
Visits were organized to Khetwadi preschool, Govandi preschool and St.Rocks High School. To witness the full story of the organization’s impactful work on underprivileged people, Laura interacted with the parents at Govandi and spent quality time with our preschool and LSE beneficiaries. Laura believed her journey was meant to lead her to Mumbai Smiles Foundation, thus motivating her to become a donor.
Mr. Girish and his wife were impressed with our work and were pleased to meet our project staff. Post his visit, Mr. Girish expressed his interest to volunteer for Mumbai Smiles Foundation and became a donor. To garner more support for our projects, Mr. Girish helped us organize a group visit on 28th December, 2018. We thank Laura, Girish and Arushi for their support and wishes!
