It is time for the biggest Indian festival – Diwali. A festival of farmers, of new harvest, of new year and of new beginnings, Diwali is the time for vacations across India and so our Preschool Education centres, our partner schools, our LSE and Livelihood centres have also shut down for the vacations and the time has begun for festivities.
Post the season of exams for the older students, this vacation is going to be a breather for the children. This is also the time when people in general are more generous and so the business of daily labourers increase, be it for vegetable vendors, sellers of Diwali materials (colours, lights, firecrackers, flowers etc.) So wishing you all a very happy holidays too with this happy picture of our Preschool children!
