The fourth batch for this year started on 21st of May 2013 with an aim of imparting skills in beauty culture to some odd 65 women and girls from the slum pockets of Marol Pipeline area. From our previous blogs on SEED project you can see the orientation session conducted for them to get a fair idea of the purpose behind organizing such trainings and their role in making the best of it.
It’s just been 1 week of training and you can see the girls and women fully engrossed in learning the threading skills. It is ensured that in these training sessions practical and theory classes go simultaneously. As this training on beautician is all about finesse with which one does the threading, facial or any other beauty culture method, so for this particular course more emphasis is being laid on practice session.
In the pictures below you can see the practice session in progress.
